PASTA WORKSHOP WITH EASTFIELD

Join Harris McNeil of Eastfield Dundee on a journey of pasta making, eating and appreciation: You will be guided through the craft of making egg pasta, potato gnocchi, the best Sugo al Pomodoro (tomato sauce) this side of Italy, along with all the technicalities of rolling and shaping fresh pasta.
This all with interludes for a pasta heavy lunch, wine and chocolate mousse and coffee. It sounds like the perfect day to us !
Hosted in The Cart Shed Kitchen at Guardswell couldn’t be a dreamier place to learn to cook. Views over the Carse, hens scratching outside the window, and a whole farm to pick herbs, vegetables and foraged ingredients from.
Harris is no stranger to Guardswell- from his wedding day being hosted here, to spending lockdown in our kitchen making pasta, to the countless pop ups and events he’s cooked for on the farm. We are beyond thrilled that he is now going to pass that knowledge onto you.
What’s Included
A 4.5 hour workshop, lunch + glass of wine (or a Guardswell cordial), plus recipes and some pasta goodies to take away with you.
After the workshop, you are more than welcome to spend a little time wondering around the farm- whether thats sitting and taking in the view, or taking a hike up to the boat.
