Finding the farm

Please read the directions below carefully. Please do not follow sat nav to our postcode- this takes you into Kinnaird village which is a lovely residential area and dead end. Please keep Kinnaird free of cars.

Thank you in advance for driving slowly and carefully on our little country roads. They are single track, and lots of cyclists/walkers use them. Despite the signs saying 40mph, we find that 20mph max is much more appropriate.

 

Directions

Guardswell is based smack bang in between Abernyte and Kinnaird, on the south facing side of the hill.

If coming from Dundee, aim for Abernyte and take the road signed "Kinnaird", take that road for a couple of miles, and you'll find us on your right hand side.

If coming from Perth, take the Inchmichael Flyover, aim for Kinnaird (Inchture) but do not go into the village of Kinnaird itself, follow the road to the right at the bridge- carry on up the hill towards Abernyte and you'll find us just up the hill.

Travel

Please try to car share where ever possible to reduce your environmental impact- or even better- cycle! If you cycle to Guardswell, we offer a 10% reduction in accommodation and workshop costs- get on that bike!

We are surrounded by wonderful walking routes and paths- so Guardswell can also be accessed on foot. 

Sadly we are not on any public transport routes- however, regular buses go to Inchture (5miles) or on Thursdays, to the bottom of the hill at Kinnaird. Taxis from Perth or Dundee train station are approximately £25.
