GUARDSWELL HEBRIDEAN HOGGET- HALF BOX
Our Guardswell Hebridean Hogget is entirely pasture raised at Guardswell Farm, and part of our 100% pure Hebridean flock. The flock grazes rotationally around the farm, occasionally co-grazing with our Shetland Cattle. They are moved frequently, with long rest periods before returning to the same area- managed to improve biodiversity, build topsoil, as well as being brilliant for animal welfare.
Each box will be approximately 9-10kg, and contain the following:
Gigot Lamb on Bone (joint)
Rolled shoulder (deboned joint)
Rack
Double join chops
Mince
Delivered for free locally between Perth and Dundee, or collection from the farm. Delivered frozen.
