A night inspired by travels through Rajasthan, packed full of spice, flavour, colour & smoke from the fire.

Gemma Dallyn is the head chef at The Taybank in Dunkeld she has over 18+ years experience working in the hospitality industry.
Aswell as having a bespoke catering company in Sydney and working as a private chef in the Caribbean she has also worked in some beautiful restaurants including QUAY and FREDS in Sydney and Nobu in London.
Gemmas hyper seasonal farm to table, nose to tail philosophy stems from her childhood growing up on a farm on the Exmoor coast in Devon England.
Cooking over fire, using the best quality local Scottish ingredients and a love of Italian flavours feature heavily in Gemmas recipes.
6.30pm arrival for 7pm start time.
We will have the Guardswell Bar open for the event, serving a range of local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks for you to enjoy.
