Join us for a gently energising morning yoga practice in the Steading at Guardswell Farm (or if its a glorious day, we’ll head out onto the lawn)- gradually awakening the body with a loving yoga flow. Our nourishing practice will release into a blissful savasana. Sip our homemade Guardswell herb tisane after class, before embarking into the rest of your day feeling invigorated + refreshed!
We love sharing Autumn mornings on the farm with you- enjoy a sweet wander through the Guardswell grasses after class, up to the swings for gorgeous views, or come say hello to our donkeys, Ollie & Hugo.
Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in and if you fancy a wander around the farm after class, a good pair of boots is recommended.
